Driver-side mat on my BMW M4 CSL sat a bit long and could catch near the pedals. Not dangerous, but annoying for a "custom fit" product. After I sent photos they cut a corrected set and covered return shipping. Issue got fixed and the new mats lock in properly — still docking two stars because the first pair should have been right.
Asked for orange contrast stitching on my Lamborghini Huracan EVO set last summer. First pair came with the orange mostly on the underside of the binding — looked unfinished. Support admitted the mix-up and remade the set. Second pair looks exactly how I wanted. Glad they fixed it, but I shouldn't have needed a remake for a custom order at this price.
